The air might be cooling around Metro Vancouver, but the art scene is showing no sign of dimming its colourful palette! From Whistler to Surrey, the month ahead is filled with arty opportunities to ease into the brisk season. An Indigenous performance festival, intricate sculptures fashioned from old detergent bottles, and a group show of artists working with 3 x 3 inch canvases,  finding inspiration through September is as easy as stepping on that perfectly crisped autumn leaf (and just as satisfying). Let’s have a look at the local shows you come across on your next stroll.
