Nature’s Presence: Landscapes of the Pacific is a series of acrylic paintings inspired by places Eileen Fong has visited throughout British Columbia. From glacier-carved mountains and coastal mornings to arbutus trees and forest wildlife, each work captures both the visual beauty and emotional atmosphere of the landscape. Through layered light, texture, and movement, the paintings reflect the dynamic energy and quiet spirit of the natural world.
This exhibition is rooted in the idea that nature is a living presence that shapes our sense of self and well-being. In an increasingly urbanized world, these works invite viewers to reconnect with the land and reflect on the importance of preserving it. By celebrating local landscapes, Nature’s Presence fosters a sense of connection between art, place, and community.
